Piatnica’s Organic Milk comes from certified farms, which carry out traditional pasture breeding of cows. Cows are fed with natural feed produced primarily on these farms. They are grazed on green pastures where no forbidden fertilizers or pesticides can be used. Organic milk has a high content of beneficial polyunsaturated fatty acids, vitamin E and beta-carotene (from which our body produces vitamin A - important for eyes and skin). Both vitamin A and E are natural anti-oxidants that fight free radicals.
Production and packaging of Organic Milk is done in a similar way to Piatnica’s Country Milk. It is microfiltrated and pasteurized at low temperature (74° C). Organic Milk has a natural, unchanged fat content (the average fat content of organic milk is 3.5%). Thanks to its original, high fat content, this milk retains its natural flavor and aroma.
