Tempeh is a fermented product made of organic soy beans. Soy beans are soaked, cooked and fermented for 24 hours. The result is a block of white coated soy bean cake that has distinguished taste and flavour.
It has a lot of health benefits because it contains a number of micro nutrients. It can be prepared in numerous dishes like burgers, stews or casserols, or fried in a pan seasond with soy sauce.
