The meat pieces are marinated with a sprice rub for several hours and then put in our 36" Cactus Jack BBQ Smoker. Most important: low and slow - pulled porc is the marathon amongst barbeques. Upon smoking, the sensational tender meat is pulled by hand and refined with our home-made Jalapeno BBQ sauce.
