Premium class BBQ starts with high quality meat from oxen raised by Naturland-farming. Selected pieces of meat are marinated with a sprice rub for several hours and then put in our 36" Cactus Jack BBQ Smoker. Most important: low and slow -the longer the meat is smoked the more tender it is. It almost falls apart by itself and is then pulled by hand and refined with Münchner Kindl`s "World Champion BBQ Sauce Dirty Harry".
