Is one of the great classics of BBQ made from high quality bio baby ribs of German porc. The meat pieces are marinated with a spice rub for several hours. Then they are placed in our 36” Cactus Jack BBQ Smoker. Most important: low and slow – several hours at a constant 105° C are perfect. The smoke from local beech wood with 30% residual moisture makes the meat incredibly tender and in combination with the “Dirty Harry BBQ Sauce” a great full taste is guaranteed!
