The range of products processed in the own mill comprises more than 50 different cereal and milling products certified according to the Bioland-Standard, Naturland-Standard, Demeter-Standard and EC-Regulation .
To this more than 700 products such as seeds, dry fruits, nuts, almonds, sweeteners, chocolates, marzipans, nougats, fruit fillings, baking aids, dairy products, oils, fats, spices etc. have to be added. Specialities like Emmer flour and Tritordeum flour are also offered.
For our bakery clients, A consulting service for organic conversion, an advisory service for baking and sales trainings are also offered.
An own transport fleet with skilled drivers guarantees individual and punctual deliveries.

In our understanding, we start quality management before the seed is in soil by looking for most suitable varieties and self-producing of seeds for our farm clients.
