BLACK and GREEN OLIVE PASTE
Masterfully prepared, our organic olive patè, comes from naturally ripened and hand picked olives. After harvesting, olives are put in brine and stored for different months. When ready they are pitted, blended with natural ingredients and topped off with our organic extra virgin olive oil according to a traditional recipe of the Mediterranean cuisine. The result is a rich and fruity taste with a particular and delicate bitterness; delicious to prepare appetizers and sandwiches, to spread on toasted bread and also very tasty as pasta sauce.
