It fits very well with white meat, fish or seafood, asian dishes and cheese but also to fondues and sandwiches. It is suitable as dip and wok sauce. Completely organic, with a fruit content of 80 percent and without the use of crystal sugar, Herr Edelmann organic Ketchitup Spicy Mango is also a sauce for the good conscience. Our organic mangoes of the Alphonso variety, which are one of the best mango varieties in terms of fruitiness, sweetness and taste, have a very high sugar content (or Brix) value. The ripe, taste-intensive fruits from India make sure together with apple- and agave syrup, that this sauce has a natural sweetness. The light acerbity comes from the fruits of the chili type Cayenne. A pinch of sweet pepper and just the right amount of white wine vinegar make the organic ketchitup spice mango round perfectly. Of course, we do not use any flavor enhancers, no preservatives, no colourants and flavourings. Ketchitup is gluten- and lactose-free as well as vegan. The product is made in Germany.
Ketchitup Spicy Mango is a further development of the award- winning Herr Edelmann mango ketchup and since December 2016 with revised recipe and in a new design on the market.
