Organic SANOSTAR Plus is a gluten-free wheat starch and is suitable for people intolerant to gluten. The native wheat starch shows high viscosity and excellent baking properties.
Organic SANOSTAR Plus contains selected raw materials and untreated spring water. Organic SANOSTAR Plus is produced on a natural way, without additives and enzymes. Each batch is examined in an external laboratory and certified accordingly.
The product corresponds to the Regulation (EC) 834/2007 and is produced under control-number D-NW-039-2846-OBCD.
