PASTA LORI PUGLIA’s organic range offers a wide range of products suitable for everyone, adults and children alike. Our pasta is produced using raw materials grown in accordance with Italian methods of organic agriculture, without the use of any chemical products or pesticides. To produce pasta we use selected durum wheat, which is milled in our family mill. This can guarantee the control of the entire supply chain, from cultivation in the fields to control of the production processes.

For the production of our organic range of pasta, durum wheat is firstly certified by ICEA (the Environmental and Ethical Certification Institute).
