ORGANIC PASTA LORI PUGLIA 100% GLUTEN-FREE
PASTA LORI PUGLIA’s organic range offers a wide range of products suitable for everyone, adults and children alike. Our pasta is produced using raw materials grown in accordance with Italian methods of organic agriculture, without the use of any chemical products or pesticides. To produce pasta we use selected durum wheat, which is milled in our family mill. This can guarantee the control of the entire supply chain, from cultivation in the fields to control of the production processes.
Pasta Lori Puglia has launched the organic pasta LORI PUGLIA 100% gluten-free, a new range of pasta created for those who suffer from gluten intolerance and those who have chosen to eliminate gluten from their diet. It is just made with a mix of selected corn flour (70%) and selected rice flour (30%). This well-balanced mixture produces a product that is similar to conventional pasta in terms of flavour and consistency, offering a gluten-free option that is delicious as durum wheat pasta.
Rice flour replaces durum wheat semolina with a more delicate flavour. It is a perfect food because it is rich in carbohydrates, proteins and fiber but it lacks in fats.
The perfect balance between corn flour and rice flour gives ORGANIC PASTA LORI PUGLIA 100% GLUTEN-FREE its typical yellow colour and its special flavour. The pasta also remains firm after cooking and has a rough surface that binds well with sauces.
