Andalini Lab could be described as the creative workshop for pasta, specially dedicated to those customers in need of tailored products (such as, for example, companies producing frozen, fresh or freeze-dried ready meals). It uses special dies, exclusive pasta shapes and particular drying processes, in addition to assessing the packaging for optimizing logistic.
