The Kaiserwinkl Bergkäse develops its powerful and spiced flavour during the min. 6 month maturing process. It is produced based on a traditional recipe using high quality organic hay-milk and is then carefully stored while it matures. This hearty and spiced speciality cheese is a highlight of any cheese buffet and satisfies the desires of any cheese lover. Beautifully complemented by a hearty white or red wine.
