The Kaiserwinkl Alpkäse is made using organic milk sourced from mountain farms and is characterised by its fine structure, creamy yellow colour and typical pattern of holes caused by fermentation. The red mould culture and min. 4 month maturing time give this speciality cheese its powerful spiced flavour. A special treat for discerning gourmets.
