Coconut Flower Syrup is extracted – as can be supposed by the denomination – from the flower of the coconut palm tree. By cutting the bud, a sap leaks out of there – the so-called coconut nectar. This is boiled down until turning into a brown syrup. Valuable substances such as potassium, magnesium, iron, zinc and copper are widely preserved.
