For our range of gluten free flakes, we use only ‘A’ grade organic whole grains from suppliers certified by the Soil Association, and all our products are approved by the Coeliac Society.
By using traditional methods of rolling and flaking, our grains retain the maximum dietary fibre and nutritional content. Nothing is added and nothing is taken away, so our Big Oz Flakes are ideal for making delicious porridges or used as a healthy cooking ingredient.
