The MyEy success story – How an idea resulted in an innovative vegan substitute
The mid-90s Christian Geiser went from board of various cruise ships on which he spoiled with his creations international guests as pastry chef . At that time he had not the egg of Columbus in his pocket, but he was influenced by numerous inspirations.
By gaining experience in top hotels worldwide , he was impressed and he united the finest culinary influences of international cuisine in his modern ``art of cuisine`` . He is considered as one of the pioneers of modern vegan cuisine. Ahead of the times, as early as in 1999 he established Europe's first vegan fully-fledged confectionery, dispatched his chocolates and cakes in many countries and with this won the hearts of connoisseurs of vegan cuisine. His creations were highly appreciated and he even dished up vegan creations for the Austrian Parliament.
With the slogan „ No disclaim, but fully plant-based enjoyment “ thousands of people have been convinced on diverse events, fairs and vegan summer parties. With his contemporary cuisine he set the vegan world record with the largest chocolate roulade, ``Schaumrolle`` and ``Sacher`` cake.
With the simple innovative idea in mind, driven by ingenuity and his experience as pastry chef and baker, but mainly with the desire for doing something good for the world , he was looking for the perfect vegan egg substitute. This was the magic hour of birth for `` My Ey``!
