Alce Nero's Unfiltered Apple Vinegar is obtained only by processing the juice of whole Italian organic apples and not from concentrated juice. The absence of any filtration means the product remains unrefined and preserves all its original properties. Known from ancient times to help all sorts of health problems, it is claimed to be beneficial. It is also considered more valuable than wine vinegar, thanks to the presence of malic acid and pectin, and a lower percentage of acetic acid. It is produced in the heart of the Dolomites, a land renowned for the cultivation and processing of apples.
