Natural fresh keeping for Organic bakery products is also possible without additives like e.g. guar gum. Physically treated cereal-starch enables a declaration-friendly alternative to additives. A gluten-free alternative, according to Regulation (EU) No. 828/2014, is also available.
Selected raw materials and untreated spring water are the basis of this product and enzymes are not used.
The product corresponds to the regulation EC 834/2007 and is produced under control-number DE-NW-039-2846-OBCD.
