According to Regulation (EU) No. 828/2014 Organic better for coating gluten free is suitable for people in-tolerant to gluten. Each batch is examined in an external laboratory and certified accordingly. The product corresponds to the Regulation (EC) 834/2007 and is produced under control-number DE-NW-039-2846-OBCD.
