Key quality factors of our oil are:
- high level of oleic acid (monounsaturated fatty acid known also as Omega-9), minimum 82%
- presence of antioxidants (vitamin E) in its natural form, which are significantly more effective than synthetic antioxidants.
Due to above listed properties, this oil has extremly high heat resistance and oxidative stability. The oil is characterized by much longer fry-life than standard sunflower oil. Usage recommendations:
- frying, deep frying and using at high temperatures
- cooking, baking, myonaise, cold dishes and salads
- using in food industry, hhere is recommended high resistence or oxidative stability of the oil.
