Pink peppercorns are also called “ruby pearls”. The berries are manually harvested and then dried. After a careful manual sorting process four different qualities of peppercorn are obtained; those for delicatessen, food and fragrance.
We offer the following pink peppercorn quality levels:
• Gourmet (Grade I)
• Premium (Grade II)
• Standard (Grade III)
• Grade IV, suitable for extraction
