Peranzana is an olive cultivar typical of Puglia.
This monocultivar is green with a tendency to yellow. On the nose it is expressed with pleasant notes of artichoke, grass / leaf and light hints of tomato and almond. The taste is characterized by vegetal notes with a slight hint of green tomato and almond. It is characterized by its light tones of bitter and spicy.
Ideal on raw vegetables, legumes and medium-aged cheeses.
