Organically and Biodynamically farmed and made from our estate-grown grapes.
Alcoholic fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks under a controlled temperature between 15º C and 17º C, after which malolactic fermentation took place. It has been gently filtered to keep all natural aromas and characteristics. Previously macerated for 1 day at a temperature of 7ºC it was steadily to 15ºC during the fermentation period. Clean, bright color with greenish-yellow tone. Aromas of citrus and pineapple. Full-flavored with fresh acidity & flavors of tropical fruits.
