This wine reflects the power of the Venta la Vega Ecological Territory. Made with 100% of the oldest Garnacha Tintorera (around twenty years), after a manual harvest in boxes, offering us a certain interpretation of our lands.
Ternario 2 has been refined for six months in small French oak barrels and fudres.
COLOUR: Black cherry colour and opaque surface.
NOSE: Displaying fresh red fruit with smoky notes and minerals. Over time, it develops aromas of Mediterranean undergrowth, spices and black fruit.
MOUTH: Enters fresh and silky, giving passage in mouth to well-fused tannins, fresh acidity and tasty fruitiness. There are background notes of black liquorice, graphite and spices.
