Viticulture: Rational, without the use of synthetic chemicals. ECOLOGICAL WINE
Age and altitude vineyard: Around 30 old, 850 m above sea level.
Driving System: Training vessel.
Harvest: Machine, at night, middle of September (Tintorera&Syrah)
Winemaking: It shows the local variety, Tintorera in a perfect conjunction with our Syrah, really good adapted to our soil and climate. Maceration and fermentation medium 20 days, reaching temperatures till 30 °C in steel tanks. Alcoholic fermentation and malolactic occurS naturally, the latter being in French oak fudres during 3-months
Bottling: Bottled with a very soft clarification and filtration. This is the reason because “posos” or small particles can appear in the wine.
