We use manufacturing processes borrowed from chocolate-makers to make creamy spreads rich in almonds.
We begin by grinding the almonds and the sugar, then we leave it to macerate for a few hours before roasting in a pan until the flavour is similar to that of nougatine.
After milling, we add the cocoa and the remaining ingredients. The spread will then be matured over several hours to express its flavours.
All our spreads are made with brown sugar cane from Brazil and cocoa, fair trade products controlled by ECOCERT Environment according to the ESR reference system available here www.ecocert.fr
