Spirulina is an extraordinary seaweed. In 1974 the International Conference on Nutrition of the United Nations, defined it as the food of the future, and now it is part of the astronauts’ diet during the space missions. This alga is rich in proteins, and it has a high content of B1, B2 and B3 vitamins. Spirulina contains also all the 8 amino acids and, growing in fresh water, it is poor in salt.
Govi Farm decided to mix this precious ingredient with red lentils, which are already well known for their healthy properties, creating a unique and very nutritious food.
