The recipe for a successful product : re-inventing a classic of the market, the bolognaise ravioli , by cooking it without meat.
Located in South-east of France, in Carpentras (Vaucluse), our industry employs ten employees and keep its human tall. Each employee involved in its domain to ensure the quality of our products : supplies, storage of raw materials, research and development, manufacturing, packaging, quality control and shipping. The processing of noble products and our involvement in the organic sector gives a real sense the work of the team Coquelicot-Provence.
The origin of our name? The French word "Coquelicot" means "Poppy" in English and Poppies grow only in untreated areas, which is the case of organic cereal fields. The name Poppy was an obvious choice for our products!
Coquelicot Provence reinforces its approach to sustainable development and joins the SYNABIO (Union of organic food processors). We signed the code of practice "BioEntrepriseDurable" (see chart), we participate with other companies in the organic food business meetings (for more information, see www.bioentreprisedurable.com) and make a point of honor to think "sustainable" development in terms of our social, economic and environmental.
