Delicious frozen dessert with 100% natural ingredients? Challenge accepted!
Innovative startup Lycka ("Lücka", swedish for „Luck“) from Hamburg introduces its new concept for frozen deserts in 2018!
Frozen deserts and ice creams are very popular in Germany. At the same time, there is a big trend towards a healthier diet - without unnecessary additives.
With our new frozen desert concept, we combine our two product lines "FroYo" (yogurt based frozen dessert) and "Coconut Ice" (frozen dessert based on coconut milk) into a concept that is as clean as its list of ingredients: simply "EIS" (“EIS” means “ice cream” or „frozen dessert“ in German).
The new old Lycka "EIS" hits the taste of its modern conscious customers: All eight flavors are made of 100% natural organic ingredients and are free of any dyestuffs, preservatives or flavorings. The production is currently bottled by hand in a small Hamburg manufactory next door.
Four of the eight flavors continue to be based on coconut milk and are sweetened exclusively with agave and dextrose. That makes the four frozen desserts "Mango Coconut", "Chocolate Coconut", "Pure Coconut" and "Vanilla Coconut" to the best choice for vegans and people with a lactose or gluten intolerance, who don't want to give up good taste. This series is supplemented by the new creative flavors "blueberry blueberry", "raspberry basil", "banana avocado nut" and "cranberry white chocolate". They conjure up a new innovative variety in the Lycka range and offer the modern customer an exciting new taste experience. These four new flavors are based on fresh organic yoghurt. By deliberately avoiding milk fat, the entire "EIS" concept is ideal for the fitness-conscious and figure-conscious consumer - a natural alternative to many diet and fitness products. All eight varieties are significantly less sweetened than in comparable products, so that the frozen desert – whether its fruity or creamy - has a pleasant sweetness.
The best comes last: At Lycka, we not only attach great importance to the naturalness of our products, we also want to inspire other people to consciously deal with their power as consumers.
