The Panificio Macoritto was founded in 1961 and from then we have grown with the objectives of guaranteeing the quality of our products, having a varied assortment, as well as a providing meticulous and punctual service for our clients.
Although we make use of modern equipment and technologies, we still follow the artisan method in the creation of our products.
Also thanks to consultants and technological experts we guarantee a vast range of oven-baked products which have been produced respecting the best panary traditions and have been created complying with hygiene standards, safety of products and place of work.
Our production consists of three main product lines:
Fresh Products Line: bread, pastry, oven backed products ("focacce", brioches, seasonal cakes like "panettoni" and "colombe") we deliver to supermarkets and other local retailers. Our aim is respect the tradition of bringing fresh bread every day to many customers aware of quality and taste.
“I Macoritti” Line: short breadsticks in 9 different tastes, perfect both to complement meals and as a snack
BIO Line: comprising “I Macoritti” and fresh bread with khorasan KAMUT® wheat and spelt breads.
