Malsena Plius is one of the biggest and most modern grain processing industrial group in Lithuania. The company was established in 1841 as the steam mill and has survived despite many wars and conflicts. In the 19th century it became one of the most important mills in the region. At the time it processed more than 5 million pounds of grain and supplied flour for Riga, Liepaja, Warsaw, Saint Petersburg and Moscow. Through 175 years of history, Malsena Plius mastered the modern technologies while cherishing old milling traditions. Now Malsena Plius is one of the biggest mills in the Baltics supplying both local and export markets. The company produces a wide range of products: different types of wheat and rye flour, flour mixes, wheat germ and bran. Advanced technologies allow the group to adjust itself to the ongoing demands of the market and deliver the highest quality products to the consumers. Malsena Plius is also a part of the Baltic Mill Group together with Amber Pasta, Rigas Dzirnavnieks and Balti Veski.
