A long time elapsed and production has been diversifying from wine to apple conventional and organic vinegars, from the balsamic vinegar creams to seasonings, from liquid salts to Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. But passion and the bent of people constantly working and accurately selecting raw materials are always the same, developed and improved with the company and its supporters.
New technologies played a leading role in procuring the best raw materials as in the old handcrafted, healthy and controlled production, but at the same time improving quantities and Mengazzoli branded product distribution all over the world. At present, you can find such a noble product of the Italian tradition in Europe, Asia, Africa, Americas and Oceania.
