L’Azienda Agricola Lodigiana follows a farmer family that has handed down from father to son its experience of growers, and become transformer and dealer of its same products, maintaining the ancient and strict processing rules, with working methodologies that allowed to guarantee biological and natural products of high quality and agreeable taste.

All the phases involved in the production cycle are analysed starting from the study of the different varieties, the sowing purchase, the rice growing, the transformation, the packaging, the storage, the movement of goods towards the sales points, till the purchasing of the final consumer.
Also the other products made by Lodigiana come from the same rice, as risottos and rice cakes.
