Our agronomic department runs continuous and time based controls during all of the production phases according to our and ICEA (Institute for the Ethic and Environmental Certification) standards and practices. This allows us to have always high quality supply. Furthermore thanks to the closeness of the plantation we are able to process the raw material with no delay. Gabro is one of the first companies to have applied the method of Traceability on their products. Thanks to a constant and accurate update is possible to follow the path of the olive oil beginning from the plot of land where the olives are harvested through processing, bottling, distribution, till the shelves of shops. The end user, therefore, is not a passive spectator but can monitor step by step the path of product that chooses to purchase.
