L’ORIGINE, located near Vicenza among the beautiful Berici Hills, produces organic and biodynamic pasta through artisanal methods since 1985.
Our business is to select and transform high quality raw materials into pasta. The ingredients used are the result of meticulous analysis and tests of suppliers’ ingredients and their certifications. Each step of the production is designed to preserve the nutritional values of the raw materials. The ingredients are mixed and extruded slowly to prevent stress to the dough and the pasta is dried at low temperature. The result is pasta with an intense and genuine taste.
We produce exclusively organic and biodynamic pasta. No chemicals, additives, flavoring or preservatives of any kind are allowed in our plant. To reduce the environmental impact of our production we use sustainable energy coming from our solar panels.
