In the late seventies, wholemeal bakery De Trog was established in search of producing high-quality bread creations. Due to success, demand grew quickly. In addition to a fast growing number of customers from organic food businesses, there was also a growing interest from restaurants, specialty shops, catering services.. A range of pre-baked bread creations was created. Pur Pain was born.
Pur Pain offers organic bread creations at retailers, wholesalers, health food shops and for the hospitality industry. A range of high-quality traditional organic pre-baked breads, burger buns, restaurant breads, baguettes, appetizer and specialty breads, produced mainly for the foodservice sector. A range of vegan products is also provided.
