Heritage Meadow Fruit Apple | Pear | Hay Flower
The basis for this Cuvée are apple and pear, rounded off by hay, blossoms and Demeter certified naked barley, roasted in a copper pan.
Aroma: ripe fruit of apple and pear with a malty, slightly sweet grain notes, fragrance of summer meadow.
Taste: light, exhilarating fruit, toasted barley and hay in the finish, balanced acerbity and freshness in the aftertaste, slightly astringent.
Pairings: with mildly spiced starters.

Cuvée from Weinbirnen [most]-pears
The fruits used for Cuvée aus Weinbirnen originate from the Oberösterreicher Weinbirne, Schweizer Wasserbirne and Nägelesbirne [most]-pear varieties. Because we employ a cooling process simulating the onset of cold weather, partial fermentation conserves the aromas and only a moderate alcohol content is achieved.
Colour: intensive straw yellow with fine effervescence.
Aroma: juicy full aroma of ripe pear, herby notes reminiscent of grass and hay.
Taste: very sweet-aromatic and lush taste of Oberösterreicher Weinbirne pear, rounded off by the mild Schweizer Wasserbirne pear with nutty notes and a lemon zesty, harmonious jolt of freshness, with extra fine ‘pearl carbonation’.
Pairings: very harmonious with strong blue cheese or soft cheeses with pear jelly, lemon cream, also as cake combined with fresh berries.
