We are a family business that has been producing high quality canned vegetables for more than 50 years. We maintain the essence of our origins, when Amalia Herce and José Salcedo dull personal and handmade products from the fields of San Adrián.
Our mission has always been bringing the field to the consumer with the least possible intervention, respecting the rhythms of nature, and with the best systems for preserving the quality of our crops.
Our products are processed daily: from the moment of their collection, they are perfectly packaged in a few hours, going through the most strict quality and safety controls given by European Union. Monjardin´s philosophy of respect for the environment is shared by everyone, from farmers working the land to people processing and packing the products.
Products such as white asparagus are collected at night and packaged the next day. Thanks to this way of working, we can take advantage of the purity and value of theses products.
Our secret is not wasting any time in these processes in order to preserve the authenticity of our products. Consequently, we have implemented a manual system to process and pack the products in an agile and accurate way that guarantees the authentic flavour and colour of our products.
