WE ARE JIRI, GEERT & SAMUEL
Three chefs with a mission: inspire people to eat only ethically sourced meat. That’s why we learnt the craft of sausage making and started our own artisanal butchery, where we make chef’s quality sausages from well-reared pigs.
We work exclusively with well-reared pigs from Dutch soil: both organic pigs from farms with the highest animal welfare, and our own pigs, which have been raised outdoors, in the field or forest, by befriended farmers who share our values.

We used to work as chefs, now we make sausages. Always thinking of new and exciting recipes. Continuously on the lookout for high-quality herbs and spices, which we grind and mix ourselves. For chef’s quality sausages.
HANDMADE IN AMSTERDAM
We make all our sausages by hand in our artisanal butchery in Amsterdam. All our dry-cured sausages are hand-stuffed before they are fermented and aged slowly in special curing chambers – a craft we learnt from renowned butchers in Italy.
