This is made possible by carefully processing only select organic raw material by hand. We've also made the conscious decision to renounce any artifical colouring, flavouring or preservatives. Cooperating with the Camphill workshops for people with disabilities isnt's just a means to an end but an expression of our beliefs.
With knuspur organic crunchy granola, consumers can decide for the first time how sweet their crunchy granola should be: They can enjoy it with its natural sweetness or refine it with honey, fruit juice concentrate or syrup, according to their taste. That's the new sugar freedom. Furthermore, our two low-carb varieties with 92% fewer carbohydrates on average than conventional crunchy granolas are ideal for consumers who follow a low-carb, fibre- and protein-rich diet, like sportspeople and diabetics.

The recipes were developed by company founder and CEO Michael Huberty-Barthen himself. The young company has been manufacturing in co- operation with the Camphill workshops for people with disabilities at the production plant in Steinfurt, North Rhine-Westphalia since 2016. Up until now the company has been known as Crunchyfair, since 2019 it is operating under the brand name of knuspur.
