Martinetti Chocolates is a business of the “Exportadora Pedro Martinetti S”, an Ecuadorian company that process and exports cocoa beans. With the aim of moving forward in the chocolate production chain, Chocolates Martinetti is dedicated to the manufacture and export of cocoa products.
Martinetti Chocolates is located in Quevedo, province of Los Ríos, Ecuador. Quevedo is the main production zone of national “Arriba" cacao variety, being this one of our strengths. Our mission is to exceed the expectations of our customers, strengthening and preserving the renowned "Arriba" cocoa variety and offering our cocoa to international markets.
Martinetti Chocolates offer products such as cocoa liquor, also known as cocoa paste or cocoa mass, and cocoa nibs. We are proud to say that our products are made exclusively with cocoa of the national variety "Arriba", with the aim of preserving the quality of Ecuadorian cocoa “Fino de Aroma”
We comply with high quality standards and food safety to ensure the satisfaction of our customers, since our factory has BPM and HACCP certification and the raw material used has organic and Rainforest Alliance certifications. In addition, we have highly trained personnel and last generation machinery necessary for the production of cocoa products.
