Produced in the Castelminio di Resana factory by selecting the best ingredients and in accordance with ancient rules which require drying at a low temperature and drawing through bronze die plates.
Dalla Costa Alimentare is growing up also taking care of health and wellness, that’s why a new selection of products was created, completely Organic with 100% Legumes flour: Penne with 100% organic peas flour, Strozzapreti with 100% organic red lentils flour, fusilli with 100% organic chickpeas flour which can be ideal for those who are willing to introduce in their diet fibers and proteins of vegetable origin.
The production with only legume flour allows to obtain a tasty first dish, with a new and original flavor. Legumes are indeed characterized by being naturally rich in protein and fiber.
