MartinoRossi SpA is a company based in the Northern Italy, specialized in the production of Gluten-free, Allergen-free and GMO-free flours and functional ingredients.
Our products come from our 100% Italian Supply Chain, where we cultivate more than 3500 thousand hectares in organic agriculture. Thank to our agronomists team we select the seeds and we support the farmers during all the phases of the cultivation.
We exclusively dedicate operating machines for the raw materials coming from our supply chains, ensuring the complete absence of allergen contamination and the highest quality of the grains, respecting all the phenological phases of our cultivations.
The vehicles used for the transport of the raw materials are always controlled before entering the plant, indeed, all the grains are carefully sampled to be analyzed by our laboratory technicians for: moisture, mycotoxins, contamination by allergens and nutritional values.
All our flours from cereals and pulses, are available both raw or heat-treated.
We have state-of-the-art plants for the cooking phase, steam cooking for cereals and pressure cooking for pulses, creating ad-hoc mixes to satisfy our customers' needs, giving priority to: safety, quality and traceability of all our ingredients!
