Ennstal Milch is owned by 730 regional farmers and employs 250 employees at both company facilities in Stainach and Gröbming. The Ennstal is characterized by a small-structured agriculture as well as by a high share of organic milk farmers. The majority of the organic milk from the Austrian alps is processed into a variety of soft cheese specialities. Thereof, Ennstal Milch KG is the largest organic cheese manufacturer in Austria.
Whether camembert, blue cheese or double mould cheese - all specialties are convincing by their tasteful finesse, elaborate affination and maturing methods as well as their innovative packaging. The organic soft cheese is available under the brand "Ennstaler", which is offered in different organic grocery stores in Germany.
