Reolì thanks to an innovative process is able to produce a spreadable extravirgin olive oil without using any chemicals or hydrogenation. This innovative process is done without using high temperature; therefore, all the organoleptic and healthy properties of the extravirgin olive oil are preserved.
We produce a vegetable spreadable, able to replace butter and margarine, using one of the oldest and healthiest ingredient known, the extravirgin olive oil, which has important nutritional qualities and high health values.
Recently, at SIAL in Paris, in October 2018, Reolì presented the Olive Ghee, an organic and Vegan cream of extravirgin olive oil that won the Food Awards for innovation.

Olive Ghee is a spreadable with artisan organic extravirgin olive oil (76%), organic cocoa butter and organic soy lecithin. Our product is Gluten free, animal cholesterol free, GMO free, Lactose free, Hydrogenated fats free.
Olive Ghee is both an ingredient, for all recipes and food preparations nutrition, and a food, for a tasty and healthy nutrition. The product is characterized by: stable and controlled flavours, great workability, high yield (15-20% less product compared to butter and margarine) and al healthy properties of extravirgin olive oil are well preserved.
