Olivello, is a 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, cold extracted, certified Organic. Green in color with golden reflections and a well-balanced aftertaste of bitter and spicy, produced from olives harvested between late October and mid November and processed within 24 hours. Olfactory it has notes of freshly cut grass which is amalgamated in a pleasant fragrance. When tasted it has a soft but tempered taste that reminds the sweet almond.
