Our hay milk is traditionally produced and not homogenised. Thanks to this gentle treatment the goodness of ingredients of the milk remains largely unchanged. The milk retains its natural fat globule structure, which is evident in the full-flavoured taste.
WHAT IS SPECIAL ABOUT HAY MILK?
Hay milk cows live on organic farms under appropriate animal welfare conditions. In the summer months they are fed mainly lush grass and herbs straight from the pasture, during the winter they are given luscious hay. Silage is never fed. Organic hay milk comes from the traditional and most natural form of milk production. The aromatic ingredients of the fodder ensure the good flavour of the hay milk. A special quality feature is that organic hay milk creams after a couple of days. So it is intended to be enjoyed soon after being produced.
Guaranteed traditional speciality
Our organic hay milk carries the EU quality seal "guaranteed traditional speciality" (g.t.s.). This is awarded to products that are produced traditionally. The observance of these strict production guidelines is checked regularly.
