We present you the taste of the future, an ancient idea for an outstanding product: the organic vinegar from organic bee honey. This product won the award for innovative product at the largest specialized exhibition in the field of food industry in Asia – SIAL China 2016 in Shanghai. This vinegar is produced by adding water and yeast to the organic bee honey and honey wine is produced. By the method of an acetic acid fermentation and under strict temperature and air quantity control, this exclusive product – the honey vinegar, is obtained. Thermally not processed, the product contains no preservatives, artificial colors and flavors. The appearance of the precipitate is a natural process and does not affect the product quality. Typical in this case is that the liquid is not pasteurized because it is very important to keep alive the bacteria contained in vinegar. About 90% of them are identical to the bacteria in our stomach. They act as a disinfectant, as a remedy for gastric bacterial flora.
Taste and color: Retaining the honey’s natural vitamins and minerals, the honey vinegar has a very characteristic golden color and delicate and pleasant honey taste.
