Biological stevia crystal comes from the first raw infusion of leaves. The leaves are harvested in New Aquitaine (France), they are then dried before being infused and the juice is crystallized.
The new sector "Aquitaine Stevia Innovation" 100% French and Organic Farming, includes the association of producers Sweetvia, and a structure of transformation and trade: Oviatis.

Oviatis offers a wide range from cultivation products (leaves and dried leaf powder) to the 100% natural sweetener produced in France based on organic STEVIA grown in the New Aquitaine region. The leaves of our producers are infused and then filtered (innovative process) with no other input than water to obtain a powder purified to 95%.
